Charis Seafood in Gold Coast

Updated: Jul 23, 2022

2015/10/XX is the very first day that I started my working life in Charis Seafood, I have been working here for one and half years. I earned money, pay my rent, pay my living cost, pay for my holidays, and of course pay for my fish & chips!

I worked with people around the world, some from Australia, Japan, Greece, Philippian, Germany, New Zealand, Samoa. We work together. We have fun together, we argue with each other, we forgave each other. Sometimes we felt unfair with our workload, but we always find the balance after that. Sometimes I complaint about the crazy Xmas workload, but I felt satisfied after I received the extra money for bank holiday. Sometimes I complaint about my smelly body after work, but I felt satisfied after I received my wage. Sometimes I complaint about my lazy workmate, but I felt grateful that I had a stable income.

At here, I learned how people worked on their own style...

Nathan, from Australia taught me how to be brave.

Monica, a 70 years old lady taught me how she thinks a life should be.

Skye, Nathan's girlfriend made me know that being a girlfriend is not just asking boys for reward, instead a couple share things together.

Tomo, a Japanese student, taught me be more attentive on detail.

Mao, Lolita, Matthew, Alex, Salvi......inspired me more different perspective which I have never thought of.

2017/2/26 I resigned from Charis Seafood and start my new life in.......Sydney
