Administrator in Shei-Pa National Park

Since I left Fujitsu, I started to work as an administrator in Shei-Pa National park. My job requires me to check mountain climber's basic information, safety management form in both English and Chinese. I also reply emails from mountain climbers. Most of the time I checked their basic information and request them to correct it if needed.

My work needs me to be patient, attention to detail, especially phone numbers. Sometimes there will be just one number missing when they apply for the park permit so we need to be specially careful about the data they are inputting.

Patience, attention to detail, stay calm under pressure are the three things that I learn and built in this position. Facing foreigners and assisting them to apply for park permit in person is also included in our tasks. One time there is a foreigner from Philippine came to seek for help from us, we explained her how everything works here and how she can ask for help online in English. Being brave enough to step out and clarify everything professionally in English is also challenging but interesting.
