Contractor in Fujitsu

Updated: Sep 20

2022/4/25 is the very first day that I started my new job in Fujitsu, comparing to other job, this one is different. I started everything remotely, training remotely, working remotely and I have never seen my colleagues until manager arranged a meet-up. I was taught how to check account, how to make a ticket, how to answer phone call, how to do things on my own way. To be honest, the way they train employees are so different than any other companies that I have been. Instead of telling us DO's and DON'Ts upfront, they told us afterwards.

I worked with people around the world, mostly from Ireland, some from Latvia, India, Brazil, Spain, Nigeria. We worked together. We went to bar sometimes, we argue with each other, we helped each other. Sometimes we can't find the balance between your RIGHT and mine WRONG, but we tried to find the correct one. Sometimes I don't understand what your attitude to me means, but I talked to you and clear the misunderstanding. Sometimes I don't understand such a local Irish accent, but I just asked them kindly if they can explain it again. A serious face during the work, a smiley face in their personal life. A aggressive attitude at work, a friendly hug after work.

At here, I learned how people from different countries worked on their own style...

Dave, the most funniest but friendliest lead.

John, sometimes funny, sometimes serious.

Radu, the smartest lad in my team.

Conor, the most experienced lad in my team.

Lucas, the most passionate lad in my team.

Robert, Joel, Peter..... everyone has their own personality.

2023/3/16 I finished my life in Ireland and Fujitsu and now looking for ...... A BRAND NEW START!
