A Bit About Me

My name is Chia-Wen. I am IT Service Desk Agent, employed by Fujitsu. I am a person with good Chinese and English communication skills, and a bit of Spanish. I have been working in hospitality industry oversea for 4 years. 2015 I started my journey to Australia, and I worked as a Customer Service in Charis Seafood restaurant, The Coffee Club, Baskin Robbin, Hilton. Thanks to these special working experience, I get to know how to communicate fluently with people around the world.

 

If there is a one thing that describes me the most, then I would say "Water". Just like water, I get used to every changing environment easily, I make friends with different characteristic and learn things from them. I don't complain situation, I don't complain bad things. As good things are always built up by bad things. There will always be rainbow after rain.

 

Talking about my previous work experience, I’ve been praised for the warm manner in which I deal with customers. I cope well under stressful situation, and I can stay clam when dealing with difficult customer. From hospitality industry to technology industry is a big jump from comfort zone, but I do like challenges and I enjoy building my skills and step to the top of Pyramid.
