Austria is a beautiful country located in east europe. It's known for the hometown of Mozart, the capital is Wien. Wien is a city full of art, and culture.
The first day of my trip is to Salzburg, it's a beautiful nice city. I took train from Wien to Salzburg and it took me three hours to get to my hostel. Salzburg is a nice and quite city, clean and chill. There is one Aldi around where I lived. However, it's not called Aldi in Austria, it's called Hofer. The food and products are cheap in the shop. After looking around the city, I went back to hostel. What surprised me most is that we need to pay city tax to visit the city. This is my first time to hear such rule. Salzburg is full of musician hometown, Mozart is one of them. There are even chocolate shop established for Mozart's death.
Other than Salzburg, the other tourist attraction is Hallstatt, known for the most beautiful town in the world. It's clean and beautiful, I could say it's the most beautiful places that I ever been. I would like to travel there again if I have enough budget. When I go all the long way to the best spot to see the most beautiful church with river on the side my heart melts with passion. We met a couple from Singapore also love the tourists attraction.
There are definitely more to see and explore in this country. That’s why city tax is a need!
